Who said that the Cold War ended with the break-up of the Soviet Union?


It just became decentralized, and shifted multilaterally to several different nations. Calling them "rogue" is not at all useful, by the way, as that definition fails to grasp what Israel is in respect to the rest of the world.

I would not call them a rogue nation, but they are somewhat of a wild card.
